Bondi Kitchens & Joinery is a Sydney-based custom joinery company. We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of residential interior projects, working with industry-best designers, builders, and directly with homeowners.
Our goal is to create beautiful joinery pieces for spaces, taking homes to the next level of style and effortless living.
Founded by Chris Ruffé in a Bondi Beach garage, an RMIT University qualified industrial designer (Bachelor of Industrial Design, with Honours), who also holds trade certifications in Cert. IV in Cabinet Making, a contractor licence in joinery and is licensed for kitchen, bathroom and joinery renovations.
Since its inception, our reputation has been established on the principles of high-quality craftsmanship, systematic design detailing, and seamless client service.

This is where vision meets precision. Our in-house drafting team and project managers creates detailed shop drawings that reflect your goals and style preferences. We work closely with you on layout, materials, and finishes to ensure that every element is purposeful and cohesive. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear plan and complete confidence in what’s being built.

3. Craftsmanship & Production
Once approved, your project is handed over to our talented team of joiners in our Marrickville factory. Using the highest quality materials and modern techniques, we custom-build every component with care and craftsmanship. Our factory’s size and capabilities allow us to deliver both boutique and large-scale projects with the same attention to detail.

4. Installation & Completion
Our experienced installation team ensures that everything fits and functions exactly as intended. We coordinate with other trades where needed, keep the site clean and organised, and minimise disruption to your home.
