COLLEGE ST – DRUMMOYNE
BRIEF: Intended as a family home that was both practical and comfortable, without compromising style. This project entailed the custom fit out of kitchen, laundry, wardrobes with master dresser and bathroom vanities of the free-standing heritage house.
DESIGN FEATURES: Characterised by a modern take on provincial charm, the kitchen and laundry layered shaker-style with v-groove paneling. This clever combination added dimension and elegance to the living space. Cabinetry features the bold Porter’s Paint Morheen with Smartstone Carrara bench tops. The inclusion of nickel hardware emphasised the contemporary appeal of this classical style. Both bespoke vanities featured slate shelving and cubed feet. Detailed by beautiful aged brass fixtures, the floor-to-ceiling robes maximise storage whilst maintaining a sense of openness. The master robe cleverly conceals the entrance to ensuite, just like the entire interior result, it seems too good to be true.
DESIGNER: Client collaboration with Bondi Kitchens.
